My name is Dylan, and I’m a junior at Del Norte High School. I love making connections with neurodiverse children through various ways like sports and arts. Aside from Peer 1on1, I also tutor neurodivergent children. This unique opportunity has given me more chances to understand kids on the spectrum and find better ways to communicate with them. In my free time, I like to learn about physics, play piano and clarinet, and watch soccer.

Hi, my name is Kasra Kermani, and I am currently a junior at Del Norte High School. Since I started volunteering at Peer 1 on 1, I have gained valuable experience working with neurodivergent children, whether it’s playing sports, having discussions about their interests, or just helping them feel involved. I greatly enjoy working with our event participants, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to my community as a volunteer. Outside of Peer 1 on 1, I have also been working as a volunteer at a memory care center, helping elderly patients with dementia. Some of my hobbies and interests include studying geography, swimming, watching soccer, and playing clarinet in my school’s band.

Hi, I'm Eric, a junior at Del Norte High School. I'm super passionate about helping neurodivergent children and want to make sure they feel included and heard. Through this volunteering organization, I've been creating many opportunities for these kids to express themselves and grow in our safe and supportive environment. Every event, I look forward to seeing their happiness and growth and am always excited for what new things they will learn. I hope more communities continue to create safe and welcoming spaces where neurodiverse individuals feel confident and supported. Aside from Peer1on1, I also enjoy snowboarding and playing badminton.
